Scope of Work

Design Build turnkey contractor responsible for creating a new boiler room within an existing fan mechanical room and supplying plumbing mechanical fire protection, fire alarm, electrical and general construction services. Project consisted of 3 boilers, deaerator tank, surge tank, condensate pump, water softener, chemical feed, gas & condensate risers from underground parking garage up 25 floors to the new boiler room replacement of over 400 control valves.
